This is pretty strange, is it just a coincidence?
This isn't so unexpected though...
But why would he credit his team with being so good to him, when they all but abandoned him, after probably helping him to dope in the first place? The whole saga is just too twisted, there's gonna be some big revelations coming out of this when Landis finally gives up his charade and spills his guts. As for a 'curse' on the team, what a load of cobblers... Phonak was just unlucky, or more likely not as canny as some of the other big teams in their doping programs. Or is is also just a coincidence that most of the big name riders that have been busted i.e. Hamilton, Heras and Landis, are all ex US Postal riders? And we all know who ran that ship.

You raise some interesting points mr Kennedy. It appears that Landis's step father killed himself due to his shame over the in bred nature of their sick, mule worshipping menonite freak show of a family!! Secondly, on a more personal note. The disbanding of the phonak team will impact on me greatly. As the biggest practitioners of institutionalized doping in the pro ranks Phonak have been my bread and butter for several years now. My client base has just fallen by over 70%. Thirdly, rumors of a "Gypsy curse" upon the Phonak team have been circulating for some years now. It seems that a hearing impaired Moldovian vagrant with a grudge against the Swiss cast an evil spell over the Phonak team after a run-in with a Swedish hearing doctor based in Prague!! Maybe this explains why Floyd Landis looks like the love child of Yoda and a small ferret?
