No one can ride a mountain for you. Be prepared to feel so tired that you truly believe you cannot go on. Be ready to admit to fatigue and, yes, dejection. There is no such thing as an easy ride up a mountain.

Stage 17 looks like it is going to be a good one. I think Denis Menchov has good chance of winning. I have Lance Armstrong to thank for allowing me the opportunity to watch the Giro every day. NBC Universal Sports signed the contract to broadcast the Thursday before the start of the GIRO. Live feed over the internet in the morning and 3 two hour replays during the day.
